For a full refund:
1) You can return Spring to Foray within 60 days (15 days for open-box purchases) after the purchase date;
2) The product must be unused; and
3) In its original packaging.

For a reduced refund:
1) You can return your Spring more than 60 days (15 days for open-box purchases) after the purchase date (see our Refund Policy);
2) The product can be used; and
3) Does not have to be in its original packaging.

If the product is not in its original packaging you will be responsible for arranging and paying directly for shipping (that is, we will not send you the return shipping label). In this case, we recommend that you insure the shipment for $500.

If you believe the product is damaged or defective, call or email us right away. Keep all the packaging. If you can send us a photo or short video, we can assist you better. Once we have inspected your Spring and determined it to be damaged or defective, we will arrange for return shipping and we will send you a replacement. 

To initiate a return, call or email us with your name, email, phone number, date of purchase, and reason for the return. After we verify your information, we will email you a shipping label (except as noted above).  You will then have to drop off the package at your nearest UPS store.
